It's an antibiotic some breeders give to new owners for the pup. The puppy takes it a certain amount of days to keep their immune system strong so he/she won't be as susceptible to certain conditions. When animals(humans included) are stressed our immune systems can be weakened. Btw congrats on the new pup!
