I can only say that I hope the OP gave that poor puppy several days off of the antibiotic before making a decision.
We also felt Bear was beyond hope when he was having seizures on a regular basis. A few days off the medication and we started to see a gradual improvement that gradually brought him back to normal.
Just as some humans react differently to medications some animals also can have a reaction that is out of the ordinary.
I can tell you that there are precious few people out there that could afford to keep a pup with undiagnosed, uncontrollable seizures. Your best hope is that it was a medication reaction.
We were going to have Bear put down rather than let him continue to suffer.
