I'm no good with training advice, but it sounds like Zora has gone straight to yorkie heaven.
It sounds like you are doing everything right to me, and this pup has it made! I can't imagine being able to take my pup to work with me. That is fantastic, and it sounds like she is certainly being well socialized. The pee on the carpet may be a marking behavior? Good luck, and kudos to you for rescuing this pup!
