Mina has an antique wardrobe with 3 rods,a hat closet for her blankets and 4 drawers for other things. She is having to share her things with new sister Kenzie who will be a bit bigger than her when she is grown. There is also a small cradenza with a drawer and a rod. I am just now getting around to organizing the girls things so it is easier to pick out what is to be worn for the day. They are slowly moving into having matching or close to the same outfits (it is just easier to decide that way). Mina had enough outfits last winter to make it through 4 weeks without having to wash so before sewing projects for the winter Im thinking that they had 14 or so outfits each. Each outfit is put on a wooden hanger that I make then I put a safety pin on the outfit and attach the matching bow to this. When the outfits are in the wash, the bows hang on a ribbon that it attached to the door of the wardrobe. The cradenza is for a few warmer weather outfits,here in TX it can be 45 one day and 65 the next. |
