SE MI here.
8-18 inches of snow by morning (looking like it will be the higher end). Not really cold now. It's in the 20's. Dogs hate though.
Tomorrow night through Wednesday morning we are expecting a low of -9 with windchills of -30 - -40.
Most or all schools are closing and the state government will be shut down tomorrow.
