Hi Everyone,

My questions are:

1. Why does my little Yorkie, Milo, want to eat only if I'm watching him?

2. Why is he 100% house trained but whenever I go into a store (Petsmart, Lowe's, etc) he wants to hike his leg & pee on something? BTW, 99.99% of the time I have caught him before he can actually complete his action.
