Vet is a great idea. It takes about 63 days from the mating til delivery. Check her weight, a 3 pound dog will have trouble having pups on her own while a 7 pound or bigger will probably have an easier time. Also if the father is smaller than her, that might be better. I am sure she will be fine, but there is a lot you can do to make things go better. I hope you will spend a little time doing research, there is a lot of really good and helpful information on this website. Read through some of the 'breeder talk'. You can see some of the things other people are going through while having a pregnant mom and a new litter. It is a lot of fun if everything goes great!
