Not sure my last reply posted, but I'll try again.
I got her to eat by making a mix of canned, dry, and chicken broth (warmed up), and she ate most of it.
I'm wondering if I should leave it out all night? I don't want to because she seems to be eating her poop
I've found some of it in her bed in the mornings. Yuk!
I really wanted to get her on a schedule to monitor her pooping only because she can't be trusted alone with it. She's in a pen, has a crate attached to it, and I'm paper training her. I work full time, and everyone will be out all day soon, so she has to learn to go on the pad.
