OH MAN I WOULD BE SO MAD! A groomer hurt Chanel - I knew it right away and it was in her ear area - no blood but same reaction you were seeing - the whimpering killed me coming home - BUT - I went right back there alone and spoke up in front of all the people there - I am not confrontational but you'd be surprised what we can do when it comes to our family and pets!
So so sorry - that just sucks - it may scar them about going to a groomer again - my Chanel got over it when I went into lots of groomer places and chose a new gentle one - she's been fine ever since -
