I can't help but feel terrible for the cat next door they NEVER let him inside ever and there are some dogs I see any time we go out on a few different roads that I don't think ever get to come inside. I think its so very wrong to have dogs and cats and never ever have them inside they are companion animals and need human interaction and to be with humans.
