The wrapping jackets are to protect the wrap, to prevent it from falling apart when the dog is sleeping or playing. Show dogs are trained not to touch the wraps, but puppies do undo them @ 1st. So wrapping jackets are good for protecting the wraps & hair.
But any stylish doggie can wear them! It would be a great under-jacket to prevent the hair from tangling in the winter from sweaters.
