I received an email response from the groomer. They requested photo (sent) and said they'd investigate and take appropriate action. I dont know how appropriate action can be taken when it was the owner who did it.
Will she discipline herself?? I've never met the owner--I've only dealt with a male groomer. My husband told me she told him she was the owner when he dropped them off.
If I hear back a response to the pic I sent, I'll let you know.
