Oh hon, this broke my heart and brought tears to my eyes... That first picture. He looked absolutely miserable and afraid. :'(
I'm so glad that you're friends are taking them in!! That's such a happy ending. And he looks so much better in those pics on the chairs. Happier to get all of that nastiness off, I'm sure!!
