Totally understand accidents/mistakes happen since I've accidently clipped my pups ears couple times. But she should at the VERY least let you know what happened and how she treated it.

If you haven't already, I hope you left a bad review. Things like this is why I only take my two to the groomer maybe once a year... They don't look all "pretty" but at the very least, I know they're not going to be mistreated.
I have left a negative review. You would think that handling grooming needs of animals as a career, she'd know the anatomy of a dog. She shaved the belly just part way up. Most of the cut nipples werent even shaved areas--just trimmed to about 1 inch in length, so I dont know how she managed to break the skin unless she used a sharp toothed comb. I think I'm gonna agree with you and not take my dogs to the groomers. I'm capable of doing it myself...i just got so busy with the holidays
