I started with scrunchies first. They were easy to put in and take out. I get them in the children's dept of Walmart. Galen was not a happy camper in the beginning with top knots. I would sit down a couple of times a day and fix his top knot. Now, I tell him top knot and he puts down his head so I can put it in. Sometimes he still likes to mess it up. Just keep it up.
