I don't feed my Tigger them just because their protein level is outrageously high. 52% which means that if you feed them one once daily you must begin to limit the amount of food intake to make up for the overdose of protein. Either that or feed them a food with really low protein levels. That and they're only 85% digestible. I want to know that whatever my dog is eating is fully digestible and isn't going to affect his food intake amount.
I give Tigger Dentagreens which have a protein level of 12% and they seem a little more digestible. Tigger also gets Booda Cornstarch Velvets and Bimples. I love them because Tigger will chew on them for a long time, they excersise his gums and they come in various flavors. The Bimples even come in Spearmint to help freshen breath and clean teeth. And they Crumble which is the best part. |
