Thank you everyone for the great information and advice!!! I have started eating oatmeal (old fashioned) again, and really love it. I plan to make a smoothie with oatmeal for lunch...looking for a recipe. I eat a lot of whole grain products, and replaced rice with quinoa. I was told that I need to exercise more, although I walk Ian about 1.5 miles twice a day. When he gets tired, I carry him in this sling. I don't have to take any meds, yet.
