I had a poodle with very dry skin. I put her on a venison diet (derm dr. recommended this) and she cleared up. If your dog is still itching try the venison diet. For shampoo my vet sells Hy-lyte shampoo. The espree is good also. I use the Hy-lyte and another hypoallergenic conditioner. I do hope this helps. No table food, treats or anything else. Just venison and see if that helps. A lot of times it is the food. My sisters dog was on Costco Kirkland dog food. Bad ear infections. Switched to Wellness food, it cleared up. So watch the food. |
