I looked through every Craigslist ad that I could find for anything that might sound like your baby. I was thinking, could you have someone post an ad saying that they are looking to buy a dog (and have it loosely match the description of Ozzy? Maybe in a section of California other than right where you live? Also, does anyone on Yorkietalk have and connections at Sprint? They could potentially help to trace the blocked call.
