I have a hard time believe a vet actually said that. I just think that was their excuse for feeding him dry food. Hopefully. Before I switched him to the grain free can I did soften the dry food and that worked well. Once he starts eating more I'll probably do that to save a little money. (And to keep Macy from hating me I hate letting him have the can and not her)
I don't actually like Science Diet. I know a lot of Vets recommend that, but I don't like the ingredients. It doesn't seem any better then the stuff you'd buy at the grocery store. It's been a while since I researched food, so I could be wrong about this. |
