Default My mama has a sick maltepoo...

Hi all! Been on the phone with my mother today, she has a little maltepoo named Bella who will be four years old this April and weighs nine pounds. This morning when they woke up Angela (my mama) noticed that Bella was shaking and had thrown up on the bed- not chunky not clear, just mealy tan vomit. Bella went outside to potty and she could see that her stool was normal. She would not eat or drink. This was at about one. She wrapped Bella up in a blanket an she has not resumed shaking since then. I suggested she boil chicken and offer Bella the broth and chicken. Bella took the broth but would not eat the boiled chicken, she also would not eat her favorite canned dog food or plain canned pumpkin- this is true for all day, we are on the phone now and still all she has taken is about a third a cup of broth. Her respiration a seem normal as well as her gum color, she does not have a thermometer. She also has gone potty two more times today, unable to see the actual pottying though as Bella goes outside and potties privately. Somewhat lathargic. Scary thing is that Bella was given trifexis on December 28th, unfortunately she read about some of the concerns with trifexis after the fact- she will not give it to her again but nonetheless Ella did still get it. I would think it was the trifexis but would a reaction show up three days later? She can't think of anything Bella could have gotten into. Her vet is closed for today, she is somewhat rural but I imagine here is an emergency vet in the nearby town. No discharge, no foul smells, her teeth are up to date, se is vaccinated and has received regular vet care since my mom has owned her. Any thoughts?
