I want to thank both of you for the resizing instructions you sent to laviniahyacynth - I have an ibook too and did not know how to use iphoto to resize pix. I had downloaded another resizer program but it wouldn't resize small enough for an avatar so, although Rowdy will be 1 year old next week, his avatar was of him at 4 months old!!! I'm really glad to be able to have a current picture of him in my avatar!
