However, I just don't understand why anyone would intentionally mix. The Yorkshire and Maltese are such noble breeds (others like Poodle too) why would one want to dilute them. I just think it's careless and irresponsible. |
I have to say I agree….one of my favorite dogs was a spaniel mix from the SPCA….but I personally wouldn't pay money for a mixed breed (other than to rescue etc)
Anyway, I'm sure your little one is absolutely adorable and you'll have to see how her looks and personality develop to see if she favors the maltese half or the yorkie half more.
