maybe one nick... but 6??? I sure hope that she heals up well and she forgets about this bad experience. I'd be hoppin' mad if that happened to me!!!!! I agree that the person should at the very least be disciplined... if not fired! Agreed that social media these days, they should do more than what you expect to make this right for you. Not sure what that would entail, as I would not using them again. I will be looking with interest on how this turns out for you.
