I don't think they would have the nerve to give you an attitude like that. Your baby was cut 6 times. That is totally uncalled for. I would want to have someone's head roll for something like that. Mine happened several years ago and I left mad. I am a different person today and I would have given them a piece of my mind, hopefully in front of some of their other customers.
