It was my first time taking Muffin there. My then boyfriend had been taking his Lhasa there and he really liked them. But his dog didn't have any bumps to watch for. A sincere apology would still have upset me because I had asked them to watch for the hernia. But their cold, callous, flippant attitude really steamed me. They don't care about dogs, only money. It is scary to find out that you have left your pup in the care of someone like that. John never took Chewey back after that either.
