My last litter had two. They were 6.2 and 6.4oz at birth and doubled their weight in a week. They grew fast the first 6 weeks. They were 2lbs by 5 weeks. Then they slowed down considerably. At 9 1/2 months they are both less than 4lbs and small.
Most likely yours gained faster being a small litter and will probably slow down soon like mine did based on the size background of the parents. Sometimes it's hard to know for sure...I sure wont ever guarantee size on my puppies because they can surprise you.
