We have tried to associate a word with getting them to use the paper. I have been somewhat successful with getting them to pee using the word outside. I do like the idea of taking sections of pads down and using treats to reward.
I just had to share this funny thing I found online having to do with indoor grass. I have to admit I am considering it!
