The article states if you have problems sleeping to not have your pet in bed with you. If the pets keep you awake that might be good advice.

Having PTSD, awful insomnia,at times it can feel lonely to be the only one awake for many hours or all night. Caleb is great company and is very comforting. He's helped me sleep better. If anything I'm the one disturbing him. He cuddles up, when I'm struggling. He's also the first dog I've shared a bed with, we'll see what Pippi does, once she's older.

Can't imagine sharing a bed with a dog who sheds a lot, that would drive me nutz- probably wouldn't do that. How many of you do that?
