Stop all the lecturing, the owner has already had a horrible experience getting her dog back. Our group needs to offer her our support.
Let us be thankful that once the theif realized that the stolen Yorkie was old and infirm, that there would be little $ to be gained in her resale value and returned it to the neighborhood. Especially when that police car was spotted! It definitely made them nervous, and probably fearful of being arrested with the dog in their possession.
P.S. - I happened to see the old "Mickey & Minnie Mouse" cartoon cell copy a member is using. My uncle, David Gengenbach would send "Mouse Ears" to you, if your family also worked with Walt D. He would also join me in sending his support to the actress's family as we all love(d) our pets over many years.( He said there had to be a Heaven for his dog as she was much more loyal & loving than most humans.) |
