Some Internet companies do not always have the items in hand physically, as in, they get the order, THEN they order from their supplier, then they ship it out to you the customer. I'd say give them a chance or ask for a firm deadline as to when they expect you to receive the merchandise. Also, you can ask for a tracking number as most should supply that as well. Sometimes orders do get lost, it's good that the company is not completely ignoring you, as has happened to me in the past (with small and BIG companies alike). But if they still do not respond in a time that you deem fit, like say another week of no merchandise, then call your credit card company and complain. Good luck!
