I agree with KJC's advice.

Does she know she can go potty outside? Max did not. He thought the pad was the only place to go. I took him walking and he couldn't hold it and went. When he saw how ecstatic I was, he wanted to potty outside all the time.

We had to go through this for peeing and pooping.
