Welcome to Yorkie Talk. The others have said what I was thinking, that teething, and weight of hair is causing this, or is it possible that she is coming into her first heat?

I just want to add, don't worry too much about it. I'll bet if they were standing before, they will again.

However, there are some of us who did not end up with perfect "UP" ears.... and they are also adorable. My Tiki actually has one up and one down, and I wouldn't change a thing, haha.
