Haha! She's just thinking the outside is the best place ever and doesn't want to soil her new play area! It's just a matter of catching her in the act of 'going' outside then praising her to get it switched in her head, though it may take a few times as some are a bit thick. I had to praise my girl for peeing on the rug just so I could name it "Good Potty", then I could teach her to Good potty on the pad or outside. I thought well she's already peeing on the rug so it can't get any worse, lol. She learned fast once she understood what I wanted her to do.
Just in case... you may need to have her checked for a UTI if training isn't working, or if there's increased frequency/urgency in her habits.
