I don't live in your area so I can't help with a groomer. I just want to warn you to be careful. Make sure the place you go to allows you to see the whole facility and lets you stay with your pup. You don't have to stand right next to him but you should not have to leave your pup for hours at a time for a 20 or 30 minute grooming.

Before you take your baby to a groomer ask if you can watch them do other dogs. Observe how the handle the dogs and where they put them as they wait. Find out who trained these people and how long they have been grooming and make sure they will do only what you want done. Sadly, many of these places are only "bathe and shave" "salons" and don't really know how to do a special order. Make sure they clean everything before another pup is put into the area.

With the big boom in small dogs a lot of fly by night "grooming" places have popped up. There are no laws regulating anything about the grooming industry so it is up to us owners to make sure we check out the place we are entrusting our little ones to. I hope you find a good one.
