As soon as you see that, you have to correct and redirect Gizmo. I'm like you. If Kaji is sniffing up a tree getting ready to mark, I let it go. If Kaji is sniffing up one of our foster friends or our foster friend's bed, I'm right there to correct the behavior. I'm assuming there is also some marking going on indoors, right? When inside limit Gizmo's free roam until you trust him 100%. When he does get to wander, you have to be there to give him your full attention. As soon as he does the intense sniffing, stop him. The belly bad helps because it stops Gizmo from completing his mission. It will help get your point across that inside everything off limits.
DvlshAngel985,

Thanks! Gizmo actually doesn't mark in the house at all. We trust him in the house (but he still doesn't get free roam). How do you correct your little Kaji if she does sniff up one of your foster friends? Just a firm no when he looks like he's about to mark her? Also, do you have any suggests on how to stop Mork from running under him?

Also, what is a belly band?

I like to bring them out to play chase with each other. I'd prefer not to have to take them out separately since they seem to have so much fun chasing each other.

Thanks!!
