Well almost.....just get 2 huge fluffy towels from the dollor store , wrap them up for a few minutes in one to absorb , lay both towels on the floor , then watch them go! Rubbing an thrashing wildly in the towels is the only way to go. I have a small blow dryer nearby to hold at arms length in one hand and a pin brush in the other to try to get in a few swipes helps them dry. They don't even notice what your doing till they are about dry. They won't tangle and mat either.
