Actually no the Admin does,can and may ban you from being a member of the forum. That is why we have rules to follow. Such as no personal attacks or name calling. But what happens to your ability is not up to me. It is up to the Admin.
Sometimes when things on the forum make us very angry,it is a good time to close ones computer and find something else to take up our time. Until one can cool off and speak in a civil manner.
