I've altered all the shirts for Winston. The bottom is shorter than the top. If you measure his neck to his thingy... Winston's is about 8 inches. I crop the bottom of the shirts to 7 inches. I hope that helps. Winston loves his clothes. If it is cold out... he won't move until I put on a shirt.
