How nice of your friend! Definitely a necessity where you live. I wanted one in Chicago but never got around to it.

We are similar to you and do presents at other times of the year. Thus, my favorite Christmas present was the smiles I received from Max and Teddy when I braved the freezing cold to take them walking at the park on Christmas day. They both stopped, looked up, and grinned like they were saying, "Thank you!.
