congrats on the puppy, what a wonderful gift! Me and DH were a little short this year due to the wedding but I got new makeup and brushes that I needed desperately and was so proud that he figured out girly stuff all by himself lol.
I have to say though my favorite present was an ornament.
Every year my family has always gotten a special ornament that represents something unique about that year. I've continued that tradition and always get new ornaments for our tree. Of course it was all about the wedding this year and my parents got me this adorable ornament:
