Default Food allergys

Ok. Callie has once broken out before when on a non grain free food so I told my self she must be allergic to grains the vet agreed that could be it too. We treated the skin infection and I just said I would not give her food with grain. Well shes a picky eater and I got a few samples of dog food one was called sensitivity and shine by Go and because of the word sensitivity I thought it would be ok. Well she liked it so I mixed it with her old food and bought a bag of it and just kept mixing it, well I'm not sure how soon the rash came up but it did and it was off to the vet there was no really scratching this time but she had the bumps and some that looked like hives well the bumps mostly cleared up but a few never went away completely well now there sorta bad again and I finally after a month put it together to look at the food and there is oats and oatmeal in it as higher up ingredients so not sure if that's the grain she is allergic to or not but I feel VERY confident its the food. I am scared to do a food trial though because she is so picky I'm scared she wont eat. I know I need to just switch to home cooking but I guess I'm kinda scared to do that and I would like to know what it is she is allergic to. Is there any kind of testing that can be done on the blood or something with out the food trial? I have washed her dishes and given the food to my mom who's dogs have no sensitivitys. She is not itching at all.
