Can stress from holidays cause upset stomach and diarrhea? Baby girl threw up yellow stuff & about 2-3 hours later had a episode of diarrhea. She got to attend the holiday events with us & I know she was worn out after two days of going. I think she is ok now but husband will keep a close eye on her since I go back to work in the morning.
