Hi!

1- As everyone has said, the pooping issue is definitely not normal, if your vet can't find an answer, go to another one.

2-Sleeping a lot is normal, she's a baby

3-Check the bottom of her paws to see if her fur has grown over her paw pads, sometimes that contributes to them slipping on the floor, she may need a trim.

4- My dog is super tiny too but at that age she was definitely eating more than a teaspoon of food twice per day. When my dog was a pup I fed her nutrical twice per day. A good amount can entice their appetite but too much can cause them to be too full to eat their regular food. If you read some dog food websites, you'll see that cesar dog food is not a high quality food. Like the other reader said, your pup should be eating more than twice per day. At least 3x
