I agree with the other responses, always give your oldest first dibs on everything. I got a new puppy when my first puppy was 10 mos old as well. However, my oldest was aggressive and mean to the younger one. She would not look at her or go near her unless she was trying to fight. It took a couple of months but they got used to each other. I would try to facilitate a bond between them by taking them on walks together and playing with both of them at the same time. I have a coupler on my dogs leash which has helped them bond and become more in sync with each other. Do you know if they will be around the same size when they are full grown? |
