I would get a second opinion crying when pooing is 100% not normal. Puppies do tend to sleep a lot after playing that is normal. Bumping into things could or could not be you need to ask a vet. I would not give nutrical unless she is having hypoglycemic episodes or it could make her sugar go up and then drop suddenly.
