Make sure she eats something, gets some protein after the nutri-cal. It's pure corn syrup, it will spike up & blood glucose level & what goes up must come down. Food is the best glucose for blood, more stable. Are you feeding her kibble & how often? You can try moistening it, make it soft or even mix it w/a good canned food. She's tiny, so her stomach is tiny, feed her small amounts several x's a day.I would restrict her playing time to 10-15 mins until she's eating well on her own...did the vet show you how to check her gums? It should be moist & pink.
