It rotates while also wobbling up and down, and the wobble makes a lot of noise.
After I spin her bowl Cook goes and tries to pull some kibbles out the bowl with her paw before eating. Sometimes I don't do it she'll come and beg me to spin her bowl when she's ready to eat haha. |
