If she hasn't gone since Thursday then that could be a problem. Try giving her pumpkin. Canned pure pumpkin. My pups will lick it off the spoon. It should work to help her use the bathroom. If the pumpkin don't work, I would take her to the vet.
I would also ask the vet about using Ceasar dog food. There are lots of threads here on dog foods. I don't think Ceasar dog food is a good quality one. But get her bathroom issue taken care of first before you look at food.
