aww, she is adorable ..
well supposedly you double the weight at 12 weeks ( give or take a pound or two ) and that will be the adult size.. your girl could be 5 to 6 pounds .
just to give you an idea , my boy was 4 lbs at 12 weeks and now at 2 years weighs 9 lbs ..
it is hard to say really because all yorkies grow at different rates so some will be bigger or smaller than the 12 week estimate..
